Job Summary

This role seeks an admitted Tax Consultant to join a Tax & Legal firm in Osnabrück, focusing specifically on international corporate tax law. Key daily responsibilities include managing complex international tax projects, providing regular advice on topics such as withholding tax optimization, controlled foreign corporation (CFC) taxation, double taxation agreements (DTAs), and exit taxation. The consultant will be responsible for drafting expert opinions and client presentations, and actively supporting tax audits, objection proceedings, and potential financial court actions. The ideal candidate is an admitted Tax Consultant with a solid tax background, experience in the tax aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions, and the ability to handle complex tax matters independently and within a team environment. The position offers flexibility with mobile working options and is a full-time, permanent contract.
