Job Summary
This role involves supporting complex new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects within the University Hospital Düsseldorf (UKD) environment. The Engineer will be responsible for executing project phases according to the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI), including quality assurance in large-scale construction, preliminary design, detailed and execution planning, and tender preparation. Key tasks include evaluating bids, supervising construction (quality, cost, and schedule control), documentation, and commissioning. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Building Services Engineering, specializing in HVAC, possesses professional experience in planning or construction management, and is proficient in relevant software like AutoCAD and MS Office.
