Job Summary
This role involves establishing, implementing, coordinating, and continuously developing a departmental controlling procedure within the Communal Social Association of Saxony (KSV Sachsen) in Chemnitz. The specialist will provide crucial support and consultation for planning costs, services, and revenues, working closely with the Central and Financial Controllers. Key responsibilities include contributing to projects, conducting training related to controlling tasks, and preparing the departmental business report. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Administration or Public Administration, coupled with strong expertise in municipal budgeting and accounting (SächsGemO, SächsKomHVO). The position requires excellent IT skills, especially in MS Office, strong analytical thinking, and a high degree of responsibility and cost awareness, offering stable, full-time employment within the public sector.
