Job Summary

This role involves supporting the organic trace analysis team, focusing specifically on Gas Chromatography (GC-MS/MS, GC-MS, and GC-FID) within the environmental analytics laboratory. Day-to-day responsibilities include the standard-compliant execution of various extraction procedures for subsequent quantification using GC, along with general laboratory tasks. The technician will work closely with the GC measurement and evaluation team, ensuring deadlines are met through structured and goal-oriented work, and maintaining strict adherence to relevant quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician (Chemielaborant), CTA, BTA, or UTA, possesses professional experience in general laboratory practice, and is proficient in MS Office.
