Job Summary
The Schleswig-Holstein Higher Regional Court is seeking an IT Operations Coordinator to join the Joint IT Office for the ordinary judiciary (GeorG). This full-time, permanent role involves coordinating, maintaining, and developing the IT infrastructure for various district and regional courts across the state. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring technical operations, resolving faults in collaboration with external service providers, coaching decentralized IT staff, and managing Active Directory and Group Policies. The coordinator will also be heavily involved in 2nd level support, release management, and central software distribution. This position is ideal for an IT professional with a background in system and network administration who wants to contribute to the ongoing digitalization of the judicial system, requiring strong technical knowledge in Microsoft technologies and excellent organizational skills.
Required Skills
Education
Completed relevant degree (Diplom FH or Bachelor) in Computer Science or a comparable field with a focus on IT, OR completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker)
Experience
- Professional experience in system and network administration, system software operation, and specialized judicial programs
- Minimum three years of professional experience in the field of IT (required for applicants without a relevant degree)
- Multi-year professional experience in the support of IT infrastructures or complex IT applications (advantageous)
