Job Summary
This role involves joining a medium-sized biotechnology company focused on developing novel Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) for targeted cancer treatment. The Senior Clinical Trial Manager will be instrumental in the strategic and operational execution of global Phase I-IV clinical trials, ensuring strict quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing Contract Research Organizations (CROs), vendors, and cross-functional teams, applying data-driven oversight to proactively manage risk, and ensuring continuous inspection readiness throughout the study lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses an advanced degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience, extensive expertise in clinical research, and a proven track record of successfully leading global clinical trials. - Proven track record of having successfully led two or more global clinical trials
