Job Summary
This role involves taking responsibility for the maintenance of buildings and technical building systems, alongside managing classic Facility Management projects. The Project Manager will lead teams of in-house technicians, overseeing inspection and maintenance planning, and ensuring all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and contracts. Key responsibilities include preparing specifications, analyzing bids, managing procurement negotiations, and tracking defects and warranties. The ideal candidate will have a technical background (e.g., HVAC, electrical engineering, or certified FM specialist) and initial practical experience in building management. Required Skills
Education
Technician, Master Craftsman, Diploma Engineer (preferably HVAC or Electrical Engineering), Certified Specialist in Facility Management, or equivalent qualification. Experienced skilled workers in Electrical Engineering or Heating/Sanitary are also welcome.
Experience
- Initial practical experience in building management
- Familiarity with relevant legal regulations and property operations
