This role seeks a dedicated Field Service Technician, Electrical Technician, or Water/Wastewater Technology Specialist to ensure global water quality within the Rostock region. The core function involves providing comprehensive, customer-oriented technical support for Hach's portfolio of water and wastewater measurement devices. Day-to-day responsibilities include commissioning new equipment, conducting customer instruction, performing routine inspections, maintenance, and complex repairs. The technician will be crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and close client relationships, often collaborating with the sales team to recommend service contract extensions and replacement equipment. The position requires a high level of German proficiency, a Class B driver's license, and willingness to travel daily with occasional overnight stays.
