Job Summary
This role involves leading and managing the vocational training program for approximately 40 apprentices, dual students, and interns within the district administration of Tübingen. The Training Manager will be responsible for the professional and personal development of young professionals, utilizing empathy, clear goal setting, and constructive feedback. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing trainee marketing and recruitment strategies, conducting selection processes, ensuring quality assurance in training, and coordinating closely with departmental training representatives and external educational institutions (vocational schools, universities). Additionally, the role involves conducting development interviews, organizing training sessions, assisting with learning topics, and handling some personnel administration tasks. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Arts in Public Management or equivalent Diploma in Administration (FH), combined with a Trainer Aptitude Certification (Ausbildereignungsprüfung) or the willingness to obtain it while employed.
