Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrician or Electronics Technician to step into a Depot Manager position in Duisburg, focusing primarily on leading and supporting a technical team while actively participating in daily operations. Key responsibilities include the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, ensuring smooth operations within the rental park, and hands-on maintenance, such as repairing switch cabinets and conducting DGUV V3 inspections. The ideal candidate possesses a structured, responsible work ethic, a completed electrical/electronics apprenticeship, and relevant professional experience, preferably with initial leadership exposure.
