Job Summary

The IT department of Bezirk Oberbayern GmbH is seeking a Team Leader for Solutions Education to drive the digital transformation across over 65 healthcare, social, and administrative facilities in Upper Bavaria. In this role, you will provide both technical and disciplinary leadership for two teams comprising seven employees. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining team goals, managing resources and budgets in collaboration with the department head, and overseeing the planning and execution of IT projects. A critical component of the job is ensuring the stable operation of the IT infrastructure, managing external service providers, and maintaining high service quality. The ideal candidate will possess a background in IT systems integration or a comparable qualification, strong leadership experience, and expertise in Microsoft 365 Tenant and Windows Server Administration.
