The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a group of IT specialists covering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support, maintenance, and project execution. Key responsibilities include strategic personnel planning, recruitment, and fostering the professional development of team members through coaching and training. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, coupled with several years of professional IT experience, ideally including leadership roles. The role requires strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure and networks, project management expertise (e.g., Scrum, ITIL), and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth daily operations and continuous process improvement through KPI monitoring and reporting.
