Job Summary

This role seeks an IT-savvy and highly organized professional to analyze, structure, and optimize internal business workflows using modern AI and automation tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include the deep analysis of company processes, implementing automation solutions using platforms like Make or n8n, and digitalizing critical functions such as accounting and billing. A core function involves processing incoming invoices, which includes document analysis, content verification, and secure structured storage, ensuring compliance and efficient forwarding to tax advisors. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of IT contexts, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and logical thinking. While programming experience is not mandatory, practical experience or strong interest in automation tools is required. Critically, very good knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian is a mandatory prerequisite for this position, which offers flexible entry options and opportunities for long-term collaboration in exciting AI-driven projects.
