Job Summary
This role is pivotal to the success and growth of Climeworks, a leading high-quality carbon removal provider utilizing Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing future employees, driving the entire hiring journey, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You will own the full recruiting cycle, from active sourcing and candidate assessment to offer preparation. Furthermore, you will act as a key sparring partner for hiring managers, lead a recruitment intern, and contribute your expertise to shape and innovate recruitment and employer branding processes. This position offers the chance to give voice to the company culture by running engagement initiatives, all within a dynamic, purpose-driven environment focused on tackling climate change.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or similar field.
Experience
- At least two years of in-house recruitment experience managing the full process.
- Additional agency experience in engineering or science is a plus.
- Professional experience acting as a sparring partner for hiring managers.

- This is an 80% position based in Opfikon, Zurich, requiring work onsite at least three days per week.
