Job Summary

This role is for a Machine Learning Engineer at ICO-LUX, a software company based in Jena focused on developing authenticity verification software to combat fraud and document manipulation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and training AI and Machine Learning models using image, text, and other data types. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating new AI models, comparing them with classical approaches, and collaborating closely with the software development team to integrate these models into production systems. Key requirements include strong proficiency in Python and practical experience with major ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain. Candidates must possess solid theoretical knowledge in AI fields such as Computer Vision, NLP, anomaly detection, and various classification frameworks, supported by an academic background in Information, Mathematics, Physics, or Data Science.
