Job Summary

This role involves overseeing and managing the dismantling of complex major components, such as steam generators, reactor pressure vessels, and biological shields, within a nuclear decommissioning environment. The manager will be responsible for the construction site leadership, supervising external contractors, and ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, economic, and schedule requirements. Key daily tasks include participating in planning meetings, documenting execution, coordinating interfaces (e.g., radiation protection, scaffolding, logistics), and managing contractual obligations, including claims. Candidates must possess a technical Master Craftsman or Technician qualification, coupled with professional experience in technical assembly or disassembly management. This position requires a proactive, hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a challenging, interdisciplinary, and technically complex environment.

Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) qualification in a technical field

Experience

  • Several years of experience in the technical assembly or disassembly management
  • Professional experience in construction site leadership and supervision
  • Experience in controlling contractors and subcontractors
