Manager OEM Sales Bioanalytics | Biologe (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves managing and actively supporting worldwide OEM sales partners within the bioanalytics product portfolio, specifically focusing on DNA/RNA/Protein purification products. The Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding the sales network in target markets, analyzing new sales opportunities, and acquiring potential new clients. A significant part of the job includes managing and documenting customer projects in close collaboration with internal departments such as R&D, Production, Quality Control, and Marketing. The ideal candidate must have a background in natural sciences, preferably bioanalytics or molecular biology, coupled with strong sales orientation, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel internationally to represent the company at trade fairs, customer visits, and training sessions. Success in this position requires achieving defined revenue targets and managing the entire quotation process.
