Job Summary

This role seeks a highly specialized Process Specialist focused on advanced coating technology within a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include the investigation, evaluation, and continuous development of critical chemical and electrochemical coating processes, such as Zinc/Nickel, Hard Chrome, Cadmium, Chemical Nickel, and Anodizing procedures. The specialist will prepare and execute technical experiments, technically assess new equipment and plant procurement, and manage the introduction, verification, and approval of new technologies. Furthermore, the role involves leading training courses, providing consultation to staff, and planning, executing, and documenting internal and external audits. Candidates must possess a degree in Materials and Process Engineering or a closely related field, coupled with strong theoretical and practical knowledge of the specified coating systems. Success requires excellent teamwork skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English, along with a willingness to travel for professional duties. This is a full-time position with an indefinite contract, offering significant opportunities in specialized process management.
