Job Summary
This role is perfect for a customer-focused IT professional ready to join REMBE®, a global market leader in process safety and explosion protection. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, managing incoming requests and tickets, and providing essential support to end-users regarding hardware and software problems. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving IT issues, documenting solutions in the ticketing system, and assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and end devices. You will also manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights, monitor systems for proactive error detection, and conduct user training on software and IT systems. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification (e.g., System Integration Specialist) and foundational knowledge of operating systems, network technologies, and Microsoft Office 365, coupled with fluent German and English skills.
