Job Summary

This role involves providing technical support and assistance to users interacting with a specific software solution. The professional will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical issues, performing structured error diagnostics, and escalating complex problems to the development team with clear ticket documentation. A significant part of the job involves direct communication with end-users to clarify and deepen their concerns, acting as a technical contact for the First-Level Support team. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including Development, QA, Product Management, and UX, is essential. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT or Computer Science education (e.g., HTL, University of Applied Sciences, University), strong technical understanding, and proficiency in database administration using SQL tools and standard Office applications. Fluency in written and spoken German and at least technical reading proficiency in English are mandatory.
