This role seeks an experienced On-Site IT Support Technician to ensure first-class technical support for a client primarily located in Lübeck, with occasional support needed in Hamburg. Day-to-day responsibilities are centered on end-user support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems, offering personalized assistance to VIP users, and managing technical onboarding for new employees. A crucial part of the role involves comprehensive Workstation Management, covering imaging, configuration, security setup, and device lifecycle monitoring, alongside supporting critical meeting room technology and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom). The ideal candidate must possess at least three years of experience in a comparable on-site support role, excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS, proficiency with MDM tools (e.g., Intune), and strong German (C1) and English (B2) skills. This position is ideal for a service-oriented, reliable professional who excels at independent problem-solving and proactive maintenance within a corporate IT environment.
