Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and quality-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will independently manage 1st Level Support and the User Helpdesk, performing problem analysis and resolution, escalating issues as needed. Your responsibilities will also include installing, configuring, and deploying systems and devices for clients, supporting Windows server and client structures, and managing backups. You will work with IT security solutions and administer networks. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of IT support experience, particularly within an IT service provider environment, and a strong drive for continuous learning. This position offers a permanent contract, competitive compensation, and the flexibility of a home office option, along with a company car for private use.
