Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing and optimizing the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) technology and operations within the Treatment production segment. The Head will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of diverse teams, ensuring the efficient deployment of personnel, machinery, and materials. Key responsibilities include overseeing complex production programs across multiple manufacturing sections, managing budgets, ensuring cost compliance, and guaranteeing timely delivery and quality according to economic criteria. The role also involves significant project management for the redesign of work systems, production processes, and the integration of new technologies, alongside the continuous development of the segment's quality management system. Candidates must possess a technical degree or equivalent qualification, strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of production processes, and excellent IT and project management capabilities.
