Job Summary

This role involves hands-on materials testing, primarily focusing on performing precise and independent hardness tests, such as Rockwell (HB, HV, HRC). You will be responsible for preparing samples (schliff creation) and conducting spectral analyses, directly integrating materials testing with practical manufacturing processes rather than traditional lab work. A foundational background in materials technology is beneficial, allowing you to competently participate in processes like cold and hot pressing. While a formal vocational qualification is preferred, motivated career changers are welcome, provided they possess relevant knowledge in the metal sector and hardness testing. Necessary requirements include proficiency in written and spoken German and a valid work permit, alongside a strong commitment and reliability.
