Job Summary
The Zweckverband Abfallwirtschaft Oberes Elbtal (ZAOE), a public corporation managing waste for the districts of Meißen and Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge, is seeking a Data Management Clerk to join their team. This full-time role is initially temporary (one year) to cover a sick leave, though part-time is possible. The core responsibilities involve meticulous data management, including the capture and maintenance of property databases, container administration (delivery, collection, exchange), and input/reconciliation of resident registration data and SEPA direct debit mandates. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating official notices using specialized software and occasionally conducting on-site inspections. Candidates should possess a completed three-year vocational training in administration or a commercial field, such as an Administrative Specialist or Office Management Clerk, and demonstrate the ability to quickly master industry-specific software and work independently. This position offers public sector benefits under the TVöD tariff agreement.
