Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position based in Duisburg seeks a dedicated Materials Tester to join a dynamic team. The core responsibilities involve independently conducting various mechanical-technological and potentially non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures. You will be responsible for essential accompanying tasks such as calibrating testing machines, controlling sample dimensions, and performing detailed failure analysis to identify material defects and their root causes. A key part of the role is supporting the selection of appropriate materials for specialized applications. Candidates must possess a completed Materials Tester certification, valid professional certificates, practical experience in relevant testing methods, and proficiency with standard testing machine software and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Access).
