Job Summary
This role is critical for maintaining and advancing the Quality Management (QM) system for a successful family-owned cosmetics company specializing in natural beauty products. The Quality Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and developing the QM system according to ISO 9001 standards, ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines. Key daily tasks include preparing for and managing certifications, recertifications, and audits, analyzing and optimizing quality-relevant processes across all departments, and managing documentation and interface requirements. The manager will also implement and oversee modern software tools for process design and documentation, organize management reviews, and conduct QM/QS training. Furthermore, the role involves supporting Quality Assurance and Control, including managing incoming goods, in-process, and final controls, handling complaints, and optimizing testing methods. Required Skills
Education
Completed scientific or technical degree (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Engineering). QMB Certificate (Quality Management Representative) is advantageous.
Experience
- Several years of experience in Quality Management and Quality Assurance
- Experience in chemistry, development, or production is ideal
- Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001
- Experience in process design
- Knowledge of GMP and IFS is desirable
