Job Summary
This role involves taking comprehensive responsibility for the full scope of building management for a major social services organization in Kempten (Allgäu). The Facility Manager will oversee maintenance, hygiene, energy, supply, and disposal, including specialized systems like swimming pool and kitchen technology. Key responsibilities include leading new construction and renovation projects, managing technical systems (e.g., locking and call systems), ensuring compliance with occupational safety and fire protection regulations, and leading the vehicle fleet management. The ideal candidate requires a technical, business, or architectural degree, or equivalent qualification, coupled with practical experience in building management. Technical, business administration, or architectural degree, or qualification as a construction technician, or comparable training
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in construction and/or building management
