Job Summary

This strategic Project Manager role involves leading and supporting complex projects, primarily focusing on the financial and strategic aspects of the energy transition, particularly within energy grids. Day-to-day tasks include performing detailed economic analyses, managing the Finance workstream for M&A and investment projects, conducting Due Diligence, and developing innovative business cases. The role requires close collaboration with operational units, acting as a strategic sparring partner, and presenting critical results and decision proposals directly to the Board and senior executives. Furthermore, the manager will oversee shareholdings and coordinate high-level governance meetings. Candidates must possess a Master's or Diploma degree in a relevant field (Economics, Science, or Technology) coupled with strong commercial acumen. Essential qualifications include practical experience in Controlling and/or transaction environments, specifically valuation, Due Diligence, or M&A. This position is unique due to its critical involvement in shaping the future of energy infrastructure, requiring a high degree of critical thinking, resilience, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships under pressure.
