Job Summary

This role seeks a highly motivated Process Technician or Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to drive process optimization within the electronics production facility in Stuhr near Bremen. Day-to-day responsibilities involve defining optimal production processes for electronic assemblies, managing product transfer from prototype to series production, and analyzing existing processes to derive quality and quantity improvements. You will also be instrumental in introducing new manufacturing technologies and selecting new equipment, while advising on Design for Manufacture (DfM) feasibility. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of SMT and THT assembly, coupled with a relevant technical qualification (Technician, Industrial Master, or Engineer).
