Job Summary

This leadership role involves the professional and disciplinary management and development of staff within the Network Documentation and GIS Systems department. The Head will be responsible for coordinating requirements and developments related to network documentation systems, especially Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Key responsibilities include defining rules for the surveying of networks and facilities, ensuring data quality and consistency across documentation and connected peripheral systems, and acting as the specialist documentation officer according to VDE-AR N4201 and GW 120 standards. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Surveying, Geodesy, Geoinformatics, or a related field, or possesses equivalent qualifications combined with significant professional experience. Strong analytical skills, a structured approach, decision-making ability, and excellent German language skills are essential for success in this critical infrastructure role.
