Job Summary

This role is for an Aircraft Electronics Technician based at the Airbus Defence and Space location in Manching, a leading European development and production center for aircraft and flight systems. The core responsibilities involve performing complex electrical assembly tasks directly on the aircraft, including precision work such as soldering, crimping, component installation, and comprehensive wiring. You will be tasked with installing new components, conducting thorough fault analysis and troubleshooting, and revising/testing cables, connectors, and other electrical parts. A critical part of the job is ensuring all functional testing and documentation strictly adhere to quality guidelines. Candidates must possess a completed apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician, ideally specializing in Aircraft Electronics, coupled with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in electronics, aviation, or assembly. The position offers a permanent contract, above-tariff compensation, 30 days of annual leave, and the potential for permanent transfer to Airbus.
