Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced IT professional to serve as the key SAP Business Analyst focusing on the FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules within a traditional pharmaceutical company in Illertissen, Bavaria. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for SAP process topics, leading R/3 software specification workshops, and coordinating user training. The analyst will analyze, design, develop, test, and support SAP configurations via customizing, handle 2nd and 3rd level support for error resolution, and manage documentation and change control. Key qualifications include a degree in IT or equivalent, extensive practical experience implementing and projecting SAP FI/CO modules, and fluency in both German and English. This position is ideal for a structured, goal-oriented individual with strong communication skills who thrives in a team-oriented, medium-sized enterprise environment with flat hierarchies.

Completed degree in IT or comparable training with further education as an SAP Consultant or similar qualification
Experience
- Several years of practical experience in the projection and implementation of SAP FI and CO modules
- Experience in collaborating with specialist departments to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Professional experience in error analysis and resolution (2nd/3rd Level Support)
- Experience in leading business process-oriented R/3 software specification workshops
