Job Summary

This role centers on the commissioning and acceptance testing of complex machinery and industrial plants, both internally and at national and international customer sites. The successful candidate will oversee electrical assembly, perform critical program adjustments in PLC (SPS) and visualization systems using platforms like Siemens and/or Rockwell, and be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, analysis, and repair during technical malfunctions. Key responsibilities also include providing customer service, remote maintenance, and undertaking emergency on-site deployments. The position requires a strong technical background, preferably in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, supplemented by a Technician qualification or university degree. Practical expertise in instrumentation, control, and regulation technology (MSR) and PLC programming is essential, alongside a high willingness to travel and excellent English communication skills, making this a demanding, customer-facing technical role.

Education

Completed vocational training (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, or comparable); Further training as a Technician OR a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the commissioning of machinery and plants
  • Practical experience in instrumentation, control, and regulation technology (MSR) and PLC programming
