Job Summary
This role involves planning, controlling, and monitoring IT services to support and optimize business processes, primarily within the automotive industry supply chain. The IT Service Manager will be responsible for defining, implementing, and controlling IT Service Management processes, methods, and standards based on recognized frameworks like ITIL or COBIT. Key activities include creating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring service quality, availability, and security, and acting as a central communication point for internal and external stakeholders. A successful candidate will lead and motivate a team of IT specialists, analyze and improve customer satisfaction and service performance, and proactively identify and resolve IT service problems and risks. This position is ideal for an experienced professional seeking continuous development and the opportunity to apply strong leadership and technical expertise in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. ITIL Certification (advantageous).
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Service Management, IT Project Management, or a similar role (advantageous)
