Job Summary

This role involves crucial responsibilities in the field of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) technology within the building services sector. Day-to-day tasks include the conception, design, and arrangement of complex climate and ventilation systems, alongside managing the lifecycle of projects from inception to completion. Key duties involve handling fault and damage reports, rigorous project coordination, cost monitoring, and schedule tracking. You will also be responsible for creating detailed specifications, coordinating various trades and external project partners, and participating in internal meetings and client negotiations. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical qualification in Building Services Engineering (TGA/HKLS) and brings initial professional experience to the table.
