Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled Technician or Engineer specializing in process development within the Pharma and Life Science sectors. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting development projects by managing materials, equipment, and consumables, and conducting detailed measurements and evaluations of disposable prototypes using physical and optical instruments. Day-to-day tasks include executing planned assignments on schedule, performing mechatronic maintenance and operation of specialized machinery, and actively optimizing manufacturing processes. A key component of the job involves comprehensive documentation, including creating test plans, protocols, and reports, analyzing data using tables and graphs, and presenting findings to relevant committees. Candidates must possess a background in Mechatronics, Chemistry, or Engineering, coupled with professional experience in lab or plant operations and maintenance of special-purpose machines, along with fluent German and English skills.
