Job Summary
This role involves coordinating and executing critical infrastructure projects within building facilities, including new constructions, renovations, modifications, and repairs. The Facility Technical Systems Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing technical and structural concepts, ensuring the safe operation of all technical and structural systems. Key tasks include creating specifications and project plans, managing external services through conceptualization, instruction, and performance monitoring, and overseeing the energy management system to optimize plant operations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Facility Management, Building Services Engineering, or Energy and Supply Engineering, coupled with professional experience in building management, maintenance, or servicing of technical building systems. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in German and English.
