Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Laboratory Technician specializing in Point-of-Care (POC) Systems, focusing on exciting projects within the Pharma and Life Science sectors. The primary responsibilities involve independently conducting complex test programs and individual experiments, ensuring systematic evaluation of how various input materials, formulations, and experimental setups influence the performance of diagnostic assays. You will take ownership of planning single or series experiments critical for test development, strictly adhering to regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks also include the technical coordination of necessary activities within and outside the immediate working group, meticulous self-documentation and evaluation of experimental results in detailed protocols, and preparing summaries and presentations of findings for project meetings. The ideal candidate holds a degree or technical qualification in Biotechnology or Biochemistry and brings prior expertise in the R&D of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) Assays.
