Job Summary

This role involves supporting complex technological projects by focusing on the documentation and analysis of information and data flow within complete systems. As an IT Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include documenting entire plant systems regarding their information and data flow, supporting the First-Level Service by analyzing customer error situations, and documenting production processes based on source code review. The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Application Development/System Integration, hold an Informatics degree, or possess comparable qualifications. Essential technical knowledge includes experience with Object Pascal/Delphi, SQL databases, and strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, IP addressing, ports).
