Job Summary

This role is dedicated to ensuring regulatory compliance within chemical management, focusing heavily on European Union regulations like REACh, SCIP, and CLP. The Chemist will be responsible for performing conformity checks on existing and new systems, monitoring regulatory changes, and managing critical safety documentation. Key daily tasks include creating, reviewing, and updating safety data sheets, maintaining the internal hazardous substance database, and managing data within the ERP system. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, strong knowledge of relevant chemical regulations, and experience in drafting safety data sheets. This position offers the opportunity to optimize hazardous substance management processes and collaborate with external working groups, driving technological compliance forward for major clients.
