Job Summary
This role is for an experienced professional ready to take on the leadership and financial oversight of a facility team. The Facility Manager will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of cost center accountability, leading and developing the local team, and managing critical commercial processes, including contract negotiations, proposal management, and service agreements. Day-to-day tasks involve preparing, reviewing, and approving invoices, conducting regular management reporting, and handling accounts receivable management. A key component of the role is utilizing Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems, such as Planon or IBM Maximo, and performing process analyses to boost efficiency. This position requires strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and deep expertise in technical or infrastructural facility management, offering an unlimited contract and comprehensive professional development opportunities.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Professional experience in technical or infrastructural Facility Management
