Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role is for an Electrical Service Technician based in Stuttgart, working for a leading provider in the Facility Management and real estate sector. The primary responsibilities center on ensuring the smooth operation of electrical building technical systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting inspections, preventative maintenance, and performing necessary repairs and troubleshooting on technical installations. The technician is also responsible for detailed technical documentation, maintaining comprehensive fault and inspection reports, and coordinating external contractors for specialized maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate must have completed vocational training as a qualified electrician (such as in Energy and Building Technology or Operations Technology) and preferably possess professional experience within building operations, demonstrating strong commitment and reliability.
