Job Summary
This role as a Digitalization Management Specialist involves driving technological change within a successful regional bank. The specialist will be responsible for implementing new technical applications, systems, and digital solutions aimed at fostering paperless workflows and modernizing the workplace, including planning for mobile working environments. A core function is acting as the central point of contact for Artificial Intelligence (AI), overseeing its ethical and regulatory compliant implementation, coordinating its efficient use, and building internal AI expertise. Candidates need a degree in Digitalization Management, IT, or Business Informatics, coupled with solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, proven experience in coordinating IT projects, and a foundational understanding of AI concepts. This full-time, permanent position offers stability, flexible working hours, and competitive compensation under the TVöD-Sparkassen tariff.
