Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled Materials Tester specializing in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques, supporting a high-tech international company focused on the nuclear energy sector and specialized manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing, evaluating, and documenting various NDT procedures, including Visual Testing (VT), Radiographic Testing (RTF/RTD), Leak Testing (LT), and Penetrant Testing (PT), with a focus on X-ray CR technology and visual component inspection. A key aspect of the job involves international assembly and deployment activities both within and outside Europe, requiring flexibility for travel and shift work. Necessary qualifications include a background as a metalworker or equivalent, professional experience in NDT application, and ideally, Level 1 or 2 certifications according to DIN EN ISO 9712. Basic English language skills and proficiency with MS Office tools are beneficial for communication and documentation in this international environment.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and its application
  • Experience with SNT-TC-1A for the ASME area (advantageous)
  • Willingness to undertake regular short- and long-term business trips/deployments to construction sites within and outside Europe
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
