Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive on-site and remote technical support for specialized IT systems within the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on pharmacy services. The System Technician will be responsible for the installation, renewal, and expansion of IT environments for new and existing customers, including setting up Microsoft Windows Client/Server systems, configuring industry-specific software, and maintaining hardware such as servers, PCs, and printers. A key component of the job is troubleshooting, technical analysis, and providing customer support via phone and remote maintenance. Candidates must have a completed IT vocational training or equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN) and Microsoft Windows/Server products, excellent German language skills, a driver's license, and a high willingness to travel to client sites.

- Professional experience with Microsoft product range, especially Windows and Server operating systems
- Professional experience in network technology (TCP/IP, VPN)
