Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of building technical systems, specifically focusing on electrical engineering. Day-to-day tasks include inspection, scheduled maintenance, and immediate fault-related repairs of systems. The technician is also responsible for meticulous technical documentation, including maintaining fault, inspection, and maintenance reports, and coordinating external specialized firms for necessary repair work. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification as an Electrician (e.g., in Energy and Building Technology, Operating Technology, or Automation Technology) and ideally possesses several years of relevant experience in facility or building operations.
