Job Summary

This role seeks an Operational IT Systems Administrator to support the core IT infrastructure for Unger Accelerating Services GmbH, which provides shared services to companies within the Unger Holding, including a lighting manufacturer and an e-commerce platform. The administrator will be crucial in maintaining operational stability by providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd Level Support. Key daily tasks include the administration of Windows Server and Client environments, managing Active Directory, and handling the Office 365 ecosystem. Additionally, the role involves technically documenting new customer systems and providing dedicated support to remote clients. The ideal candidate should be reliable, capable of working independently, and possess strong data processing skills, particularly within MS Excel. This is a fixed-term position offering flexible working hours and the option for mobile work two days per week.
