Job Summary

This is a key leadership role requiring the strategic and operational management of the Nersingen branch, specializing in industrial power supply and electrical engineering services. The Branch Manager will be responsible for all business metrics, including budget, revenue, and profit, while driving growth and ensuring the continuous development of the location. Day-to-day tasks involve technical leadership focused on power supply, disciplinary and professional management of staff, ensuring high-quality standards, preparing quotations and calculations, and actively maintaining and expanding customer relationships within the industrial sector. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in engineering (preferably electrical power technology) or a relevant electrical qualification combined with demonstrated leadership experience and deep technical knowledge in electrical engineering and power systems.
