Job Summary

This role involves managing the construction, commissioning, and expansion of energy and power supply systems, focusing on electrical engineering and plant construction within the industrial sector. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the installation of complex cable systems, including medium and low-voltage cable connections and necessary measurements. A key part of the job includes comprehensive scheduling and capacity planning for construction site operations, working closely with project managers and planners. Furthermore, the manager will handle quantity surveying, reporting to project leadership, and crucially, leading both internal staff and subcontractors. This position requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge in electrical systems (especially medium/low voltage), and a willingness to travel regionally across Bavaria to manage various sites. The ideal candidate has a background as an electrician or energy systems technician, ideally with further qualification as a Master or Technician.
